材料:蛋3个
面粉120g
糖100
油100
发粉2.5
香草精几滴
糖+蛋打至发泡然后+牛奶+油(不要搅拌太久,因为气泡会不见。
之后+面粉+发粉+香草精搅拌均匀,倒入小纸杯。烤箱预热,然后烤180度,20-25分钟。我在muffin上+了小心型糖粒,让它变漂亮点咯。

芝士鸡胸肉扒西餐
男友想吃西餐,就用了鸡胸肉夹着芝士去烤,自己功夫不到家,把芝士夹不好,煎时漏完出来了。
可是男友还是安慰说有点芝士流出来更惹味。
他还说摆盘不错,颜色很鲜艳~~
