kinsahi bukit tinggi jusco

We went to Bukit Tinggi Jusco last week because we want to watch "Night at the Museum 2" so we decide to take our dinner there too. So, we choose for this Japanese restaurant.



Once we sit down for at that restaurant, they serve us this egg mayo-wasabi with cucumber. We thought is the free appetizer for us to eat just like what serve in Vietnam kitchen but actually not. They still charge us for RM5 even we didn't order for it.We were shocked when we go through the receipt after we paid that this appetizer is include inside the bill.


Then we start to order for the meal.

Then the waiters there keep on asking us to join the member and say many promotion for this membership. When we refuse to join the membership, they start to black face. Very bad service lo!!!!

The dining environment.

When we paid for the bill, we was shock by the figure as around Rm100++ as we thought it should not over RM90. When we check through the receipt and we found out that actually they charge for this egg mayo-wasabi with cucumber and we were shocked when we saw they charge 10% service charge and 5% government charge. It was too over!! 100% service charge but very bad serveice.

Overall our impression for this restaurant is the food is very nice and fresh but for the service it is absolutely bad lo!!!
